Is Boxed.gg provably fair?
Published sandbox covers the HMAC-SHA512 step (client seed + salt + nonce, no separators) but omits the hex-to-ticket conversion to the documented 0-999,999 space. Adapter blocked on that step.
Where verification stands
Boxed.gg claims provably fair, but the published material stops short of what's needed to independently reproduce a result. Until the missing pieces are published, no one outside Boxed.gg can actually check its outcomes. That's what "provably fair" is supposed to allow.
