Acceptance of these terms

By using CheckMyPull (the "site"), including the verifier tool, batch checker, variance checker, and embeddable widget, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who runs this site, and ownership disclosure

CheckMyPull is operated by Punch Gaming Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA.

Punch Gaming Inc. also owns and operates Ripster.gg, a mystery box and case opening platform. Ripster.gg is one of the platforms covered by this verifier and is currently set as the tool's default platform. We are telling you this plainly because it is a material connection: this site is not fully independent of every platform it covers, even though it is independent of every other platform it covers.

To limit that conflict of interest, we hold Ripster.gg to the same published standard as every other platform: verification status is determined only by whether our implementation of a platform's published fairness algorithm reproduces a real result, exactly as described in our methodology. Ripster.gg's verification status, and every other platform's, is published using that same rule, and a failing result would be published the same way regardless of ownership. You do not have to take our word for this: the verifier runs client-side, so you can check any platform's math yourself using the platform's own published algorithm.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use this site. Mystery box and case opening platforms involve real money and random outcomes, and this site discusses and links to those platforms. By using this site you confirm you meet this requirement.

What this site is, and is not

• This site provides a free tool that recomputes provably fair results from seeds you supply, using each covered platform's own published algorithm. It also publishes editorial content explaining provably fair systems and the platforms that use them.
• Except where disclosed above for Ripster.gg, this site is not owned by, operated by, or paid by the platforms it covers to influence a verification result. See Affiliate disclosure for how commercial links work.
• This site does not operate any gambling, gaming, or mystery box service of its own (Ripster.gg is a separate service, operated under its own terms, not this site's).
• A passing verification result confirms that an outcome matches the seeds and nonce fixed before it happened. It does not prove a platform's solvency, that a withdrawal will be honored, that a platform is licensed, or that a platform is trustworthy as a business. See what verification cannot prove.

Affiliate disclosure

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links to mystery box or case opening platforms. If you sign up or make a purchase through one of those links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links are marked as such on the page where they appear, in line with FTC endorsement guidance, in addition to the standalone affiliate disclosure page. Whether a platform pays us a commission never affects its verification status in the tool: a platform cannot buy a "verified" label, and a commercial relationship cannot prevent a "failed" or "cannot be independently verified" one. This applies equally to Ripster.gg under the ownership disclosure above.

No warranty

The site and the verifier tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every calculation will match every platform's live system if that platform silently changes its algorithm. We correct errors we become aware of; see sources and corrections.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Punch Gaming Inc.is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any verification result, including any losses arising from your use of any third-party platform, whether or not that platform is covered by this verifier or affiliated with us. Your use of any third-party mystery box or case opening platform, including Ripster.gg, is governed entirely by that platform's own terms, and any dispute about that platform belongs with that platform, not with this site.

Prohibited use

• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated abuse of the site beyond normal use of the published, open-source verifier logic.
• Misrepresenting the tool's output, including editing or fabricating a shareable result card to show a result the tool did not actually produce.
• Using the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the rights of others.

Intellectual property and DMCA

The site's content, design, and original verifier code are owned by Punch Gaming Inc. or licensed to it, except where the verifier engine is published as open source under its own license. Platform names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; their use here is descriptive/nominative, not a claim of affiliation beyond what is disclosed above. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email support@checkmypull.com with the material at issue and your contact details, and we will investigate and respond.

Geographic availability

Mystery box and case opening platforms are regulated differently across jurisdictions, and some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit access to them. This site is informational and does not itself offer any wagering or purchase mechanism, but you are responsible for confirming that using this site and any platform it discusses is lawful where you are located.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
